What is Self-Discipline?

Self-discipline is an art that probably majority forgot about because of the many distractions we have nowadays.

But what is it anyway? Well it is disciplining yourself in an area you need growth and transformation.

It can be your fitness, education, confidence, spirituality, emotional intelligence and whatever area you see as important.

I think the first step to consider when you begin disciplining yourself is adding awareness towards your daily habits. You can’t do any changes unless you are aware what is actually happening.

For example, how you spend your time? What your typical day looks like? What activities that fill up your days? What matters to you and what doesn’t? How is your physical health? What about your mental and emotional wellbeing?

These questions give you a starting point where to start in your self-discipline journey.
