Back to the Unknown!

I can’t deny the fact we humans always are put in situations we never know or predict what can happen.

Sickness, loss or any kind of crisis force you to enter the state of unknown. Yes you may read everything out there. You get the reviews from Facebook. You read every article and piece of information online.

But still you are blank. You never know. You can’t just predict what could happen. But what we know for sure is the higher power above us that sees it all, knows what is happening, controls the situation and allows it to be in whatever form.

In such situations a lot of feelings boil up like nervousness, worrying, stress, confusion, loss of meaning, frustration and depression.

But with all those feelings, come back to your senses. Feel the ground you are sitting on. Observe the life picture in front of you. Feel the object you hold in your hands. Feel the air temprature around your skin. Appreciate the present moment. And remember as Bob Frissel said: You are a spiritual being having a human experience.
