One Baby Step at a Time

I really like this idea of taking one baby step at a time in any area of your life. It takes away the pressure and tension you feel when starting new projects. It allows you to be grateful for the little actions you take. It also makes you present in the current moment.

I understand the kind of world and life set-up we live in at the moment. Sometimes it feels like everything is important and urgent and you need to rush and complete your to-do-list. However we are missing the experience of living. Life is just too short, temporary and unpredictable to waste it in the rush, panicking and obsessing about your daily to-do-lists.

So if we turn the ball to you, what is your current baby step? How does it affect you mentally, emotionally and spiritually? How can you be fully present and available when doing that one baby step?
