Live Fearfully or Lovingly?

There are two philosophies I always cross by when living life. They are either living life fearfully or lovingly.

We confuse between fear and love thinking we maintain the love by using fear. Or we protect love by fearfully manipulating the conversation. Or we hide our true selves believing it is self-protection and security.

To detangle this mental confusion, we need to refer back to our deep heart intentions. How do you actually want to live your life? What matters to you most in this moment? How do you perceive love and fear? Which perspective you think could serve you better today? Living life fearfully or lovingly?

Mixing love and fear really start from a very young age. Probably you were judged heavily and you thought: If I conform to the expectations, I would be safe and accepted. Or maybe you saw love as conditional and had to prove yourself a lot through your actions to deserve it. All these are examples of situations from the past that often affect our interpretations towards love and fear.

So doing this mental reflective process can guide you to reassess and review your current perceptions and thoughts. It is interesting to dive deep inside yourself and discover the thoughts and stories you developed from childhood till today.
