Happy Walking in Hospital

Today 31st December 2024 was the day my almost 4 year old son managed to walk all the way to the playroom in the pediatric surgery ward.

After we arrived the playroom, he played with toys while standing all times. Of course I was next to him and holding his hand. Then we walked back to the room.

The walking steps he takes are still small and slow. But they are improving day by day. Earlier he used to drag his feet on the floor when walking. But today he lifts slightly his feet off the ground and takes very gentle and small baby steps.

It is amazing to watch a human body adjusting and adapting to the new position after a surgical treatment.

I pray for all patients to recover, get well and gain strength, power and energy.
