A Life Reflection

Sometimes after a lot of mental and emotional reflection and processing, you get a sense of loss, not sure and not knowing what to do at the moment. Its like after you remove so much mental clutter, suddenly you see your mind empty and longing to attach again. That is how our minds have been created.

But if we look at life in general, what a life reflection looks like? That is where you reflect upon life using the general big picture perspective.

For example, you live life. You see yourself mingling between home, work, family responsibilities and daring to live life to the fullest. At times, its not just going through the living experiences. But it is also allowing your humanity to express while you do your daily tasks.

Your humanity is your core. Your truth. Your weaknesses and strengths. How can you be vulnerable and humble enough to be only a human in your daily interactions?

Then come the hurdles and challenges we face. While reflecting, you find yourself often clinging to fix, to be right and desperately to finish. However, we forget those difficult moments are actually gifted opportunities packaged with wisdoms and lessons for us to learn and reflect.

When you do this, you would find a common thread in all this sending you the same message often which is: This was given to you because your inner container has got lots of potential to process it. Your heart is overflowing with love, passion and drive. This was meant to happen to get you still, present, reflective and meaningful. And remember this. We are here. We see you, hear you, know you, understand you and recognise you.

This happened and brought you with people and communities you never thought exist. This happened so that you strengthen your belief and faith.

At then end, sometimes the living experiences are so bitter and hard to swallow. But in those precious tears and pain, you find glimpses of hope, warmth, acceptance and love. Don’t ignore those glimpses and open up your chest and heart to witness and receive them when they appear.
