The waiting game

Waiting in traffic. Waiting for approvals from official institutions. Waiting for an ill person to recover. Waiting for a job or business to flourish. Waiting for the war to stop. Many areas in our life include waiting and hoping.

But in the waiting, there is a sense of empowerment, a spark, an inner flame, a something that a human being can sense and do to move forward. It can be the simplest thing from calling a friend, sending an important email or following up on a pending process or giving charity in whatever form you choose.

We all have this inner flame inside us. Some know it and some don’t. Believing in it and having the divine faith can activate it and lead to an incredible unfolding of life events that can surprise you.

The worst thing a person can do in the waiting game is to give up and lose hope. Its like losing hope on the precious life that was given to you. All of the circumstances that happen where a lot of patience is required from us are only a test. A stress test. A test to our inner dialogue, to our responses and to our actions we take in life. The more we realize the hidden gems and wisdom behind this test, the easier it will be for us to process it, reflect on it and be with it. My wishes and prayers to everyone who is going through such similar circumstances.
