Release and Give Away
There are many things we attach to like health, wealth, our kids’ wellbeing, our homes and families.
Throughout your life journey and in the midst of your attachments, you notice those areas when your attachment becomes useless and powerless.
No matter what you do and how forcefully you try to fix the situation, it just doesn’t work. In such scenarios I like to refer to the concept of releasing, letting it go and giving it away.
You might think: How can I release it? How can I let it go and I want it so badly? Well believe it or not, there is this higher power above you that observes you and knows every single detail about you and your situation.
When you release and give your attachment away to this higher power, you declutter a lot of burden and tension from your shoulders like expectations, depression, anxiety, sadness, worries and tight feelings.
This process of letting go comes forward and backward. Sometimes, you would see yourself releasing and letting go while other times you find yourself attaching and diving into depression. That is normal because we are weak and vulnerable human beings. But what matters is we don’t give up. Keep going on with your private reflection process.
