How to live life with wonder?
The routine of living the day to day life doubled with distraction and busy life make someone forget the sweet taste of life. Especially if the environment around us was cluttered with depressing signals like doing the same thing every day, or everyone confirm to be or do the same thing.
Sometimes I think: What if we start living life with wonder? How will the daily living shift for us? Looking at life with amazement and admiration? Using curiosity and depth in our thinking and imagination may colourfully paint the picture of life for you and shift you from living life to survive to living life to explore, discover and wonder.
I learned about this from a talk delivered by Tony Robbins. Instead of allowing the fear and worry to control your behaviours, use the excitement and wonder instead. Many times we interpret the strong feelings we have in a way that puts us down and isolated. But what if those feelings are actually your internal guiding system? What if it is only your mind that labels those feelings for you and scares you off? What if we use those feelings as an inspiration and spark to bring creativity to the table?
I believe in human potential and it is very sad and frustrating to witness a human life wasted and not utilized to the fullest in whatever area that interests you.
So to live life with wonder, start spending time outside without your phone. Watch the sky and birds flying. See people walking and chatting. Smell the fresh air you breath. Feel your five senses like you are using them for the first time. Start to experience your aliveness and existence. Watch the daily activities happen in front of you. Look at your life with wonder, amazement, excitement and curiosity.
Then reflect on your experience after that whether in writing or audio recording. Whatever way interests you. It is in most cases only your perspective and outlook towards life. When you update and adjust it, many things inside you shift.
