Commentless Life

We comment. We judge. Nothing passes us through without us judging, criticizing and putting our comments.

Then I wonder: What if we live life without commenting? What if we hold our comments a bit? What if we look at the situation as it is without commenting much?

From personal experience, I learned when you reduce commenting, you see the truth in a situation.

For example, a person seeking for a job for many years. Our normal commenting might be: Maybe I am is so choosy. I should accept whatever job comes my way. Or I don’t do well in interviews. Or I ask for higher salary.

If we choose to go commentless in this situation, then the situation would tell you the truth which is: It is the market set-up nowadays. Wherever you go and apply for jobs, it is the relationship you build with that company and not your CV or your qualification. Maybe your certificates could contribute to you being accepted for that job offer. But your relationship plays a bigger role here.

And you use the same formula in other situations as well. If you want to understand the big picture of a scenario, stop commenting much. Just observe and watch. Give the situation time and patience to get a better understanding. Then later you would understand what is the next right move here.
