I have been in that stage before in life especially when you start working and having many work and family responsibilities. In that madness, we tend to forget ourselves and our body needs.
Then comes body aches like headaches, heaviness and laziness. Then we feel bad about ourselves because we know we could do so much and live better at the same time.
That is the time I pause and ask tough questions: How do I want to live my life? How can I stay active throughout the day? What my body actually needs to stay active, nourish, rest and recover? What is really a healthy lifestyle? What works best for me and my needs?
