A Meditative Driving
After so much of digital distraction like scrolling through your social feed or listening to music, you find your mind cluttered and overloaded.
Sometimes to tune in, you need to switch off all distraction and observe life around you.
I like to do this when driving. I turn off the radio and observe my driving. How I focus on the road and turn right and left. How I use my feet to drive and stop. How I turn the stirring wheel right and left. How I look right and left to watch out for nearby cars.
In the process, I notice my mind to start wondering. New ideas start emerging. Sweet memories appear. The thing I have been ignoring and suppressing start coming out.
It is such a healing and calm feeling. With this process, you get to know yourself. You find out about your desires, likes and dislikes. You tap into your imagination. And you tune into your genuine and authentic energy and vibration.
