Loving Life
How does it feel like when you live life with full of love, wonder, amazement and wholeheartedly?
Life has got many components like nature, activities, people, environments and much more. Most interestingly is to understand your personal outlook towards it. How do you perceive life? What ideas you formed about living?
When I go ahead with my daily life activities, I like to practice mindfulness and spirituality. For example, when eating my food, I observe the food, where it comes from, how it has been created, its taste and texture, its smell and size and its colour and shape
When driving the car, I observe the roads and cars. I watch the view left and right (buildings, trees, etc). I notice the functions of my senses of seeing, hearing, smelling and touching all at the same time. I watch other people driving too. I notice my triggered reactions towards other people driving.
This act shifts you from living life just to live to living life fully with love, amazement, wonder, gratitude and mesmerisation.
