Meditative Walk
I went for a walk yesterday evening around the neighbourhood. It was a walk without a phone.
I like to utilize such walking experiences to taste the nature language. When in nature, scenes like people walking, children running and cars crossing are interesting to watch.
My favourite views are the blue sky turning red and orange because of sunset, the birds’ sounds, the cold air breeze touching my face and the sky turning dark blue.
After walking, I often find myself a new and fresh person with a renewed perspective. Sometimes in life you forget yourself in the midst of situational pressures and tensions. But when you leave everything aside and go outside, you realize that life and living are too precious and temporary to waste it in the unnecessary overthinking and worrying.
